The Swordfish Pin

Known by many names—Broadbill, Swordfish, or by its scientific name Xiphias gladius—the Swordfish is one of the ocean's most revered fish in the ocean. With its sleek body and powerful bill, it is perfectly adapted for life in the deep hunting squid.

Typically found in the deep waters of temperate and tropical oceans, the Swordfish is a true denizen of the depths. Its preference for deep shadowy, isolated areas only adds to its mystique, making it a prized catch for anglers worldwide. Highly regarded for its strength, speed, and endurance, the Swordfish is both a challenge and a reward, embodying the untamed spirit of the ocean.

Our Swordfish pin captures the elegance and power of this magnificent fish in stunning detail. Crafted with care, it’s the perfect accessory for anybody who hunts swords or collets pins

The one that got away

I’ve been a collector of the doon river pins for awhile and have always been happy with my purchase, their pins are good quality and have great detail and design, unfortunately this time round my package was stolen (which was no one’s fault other than me not getting to the letter box in time) so I was unable to receive this specific pin , however despite this one getting away I’ll be back again to catch some more

Swordfish

As always, these fish pins are of excellent quality. As some of my past fish pins purchase have a story attached with them, the Swordfish doesn't for me, unfortunately or is it fortunately for the swordfish? Having mentioning the above, these fish pins are perfect for a collector. Yes I have become one, thank you Lucus and the Doon River team.
